Abortion is NOT a Black or White Issue

  Among other things --
It's a Religious Freedom Issue

It's like the flower in the above picture.   It's multi-peddled.  It points in many direction all at the same time.   

It's far more than whatever you presently believe it is!   Your beliefs about abortion and forced motherhood, no matter what they are, are only beliefs, and unless you have all the wisdom of God,  they are based on incomplete (partial)  information.   Regarding this highly  controversial issue, there are very few provable facts and dozens of unprovable,  emotion-laden beliefs being peddled as if they were provable facts.   Logic and reason have been tossed out the window and emotion rules.

Why all the emotion?   Why so much controversy?   Because you have sex,  motherhood,  babies,  life,  and  death  all tied into one,  not-so-neat, and not-so-little package.   

And: Because abortion is medical issue,  a religious issue, a social issue, a political issue, and very personal, profound, and life-altering matter, all at the same time.     Many women and young girls suddenly  find themselves facing a major,  irreversible, decision -- a decision which must be made within a very limited time frame.     Many of them are totally unprepared.   Panic and desperation are very common responses to an unplanned and unwanted pregnancy.

And:  If that is not enough, the meaning and significance of intentionally terminating a pregnancy (inpreterm)  is different for each and every one of us because it's a function of our personal thoughts, beliefs, attitudes, internal programming, biological nature, genetic makeup, family history and what we presently will and will not allow into our lives.   And for each of us, personally, much or what we believe is subject to change as we grow and mature and experience more of life.   

Then there's the "God Factor:"  That unknown and unknowable source of all that is and all the isn't.   How many of us can say we have Creator/God's perspective, definition, and understanding of both intentional pregnancy termination (inpreterm)  and unintentional/ spontaneous loss of pregnancy?

There appear to be zero "yes" answers.

Then welcome to  the land of stress,  guilt,  blame,  shame,  fear, anger,  shouldn't-a-done-its,  fairytales,  half truths,  lies of omission and the four great gods who rule almost everything -- Money, Ego, Power and Self-righteousness. 

Okay, now what?
